Booking and cancellation terms

You need an account on the website to book. You choose your dates, see the total price and send a request.

A request is not a confirmed booking: we will reply by email within 24 hours to confirm it or tell you it is not possible. Until then the dates are held for you.

The house sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. The minimum stay and nightly price are those shown on the calendar when you book.

The price shown when you book is the total for the stay, taxes included. There are no cleaning fees or hidden charges.

Payment is made by card through Stripe. When you send the request you save your card with Stripe, and nothing is charged at that point. We never see or store your full card number.

If we confirm the booking, the total amount is charged automatically to your card 7 days before your arrival date. If you book 7 days or less before arrival, it is charged as soon as we confirm the booking.

The exact charge date is shown before you send the request, in the confirmation email and in “My account”.

If the charge fails (card declined, insufficient funds or the bank asks for confirmation), we will send you a link to pay. If it is not paid within 48 hours, we may cancel the booking and release the dates.

You can cancel free of charge until the day before the charge, that is, while arrival is more than 7 days away. You cancel from “My account” with one click. As nothing has been charged yet, there is nothing to refund.

From the charge day (7 days before arrival, or from confirmation if you booked later than that) cancellations are not accepted and the amount paid is not refunded.

The amount is not refunded either if you do not show up, arrive late or leave before the departure date.

We recommend taking out travel insurance if you think you might need to cancel after that date.

If for any reason we had to cancel a confirmed booking, we would let you know as soon as possible and refund 100% of what you paid.

As this is an accommodation service for specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (article 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Your cancellation options are those in section 3.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. The house rules are in the guest guide, which you will receive once you have paid.

By law we must register guests on arrival, so we will ask for an identity document for each person.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the house during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
